This Privacy Policy explains how Clipwise ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use Clipwise (the "Service") at https://fishmandota2.com.

1. Information we collect

• TikTok account information that you authorize through TikTok Login Kit: your open ID, display name and avatar.
• Access tokens issued by TikTok so the Service can upload and publish the videos you choose. We do not receive or store your TikTok password.
• Content you upload: source videos, generated clips, captions, hashtags and scheduling settings.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

• To show which TikTok account is connected.
• To process your videos (cutting, subtitles) and publish them to your account when you request it.
• To operate, secure and improve the Service.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide the Service (for example, sending your video to TikTok when you publish) or when required by law.

3. TikTok API data

Data obtained through TikTok APIs is used only to provide the features you request and in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. You can revoke the Service's access at any time in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Uploaded videos and generated clips are deleted 30 days after publishing or when you delete them. Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect your account. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict server access and store tokens securely. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may disconnect your TikTok account at any time. To make a request, email freds2626q@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
