These Terms govern your use of Clipwise (the "Service"), operated by Clipwise at https://fishmandota2.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Clipwise helps you prepare short videos and publish them to TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Publishing happens through the official TikTok API and only after you connect your account and confirm each post or schedule.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You may connect only TikTok accounts that you own or that you have written permission to manage. You are responsible for activity carried out through your connected accounts.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not use the Service to:
- post spam, duplicate content across accounts, or artificially inflate engagement;
- publish illegal, misleading or infringing content;
- publish paid promotion without the disclosure required by TikTok and applicable law;
- attempt to bypass TikTok limits or access the Service by automated means not provided by us.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on TikTok and its APIs. We are not responsible for TikTok's availability, policies or decisions regarding your content or account.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may stop providing the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
